I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Florence at a number of open homes and inspections, and she has always been incredibly proactive, knowledgeable and well informed about the local area. In this particular sale, Florence had a very clear understanding of her client’s needs and wants and worked tirelessly to find the right home for her. She presented plenty of options, talked through the pros and cons, and kept in regular contact with me as one of my listings was of interest to her buyer. Once her client decided to proceed with the purchase, Florence went above and beyond to ensure she had all the information needed and that her client’s needs were looked after throughout the process. Working with Florence was honestly fantastic. We met for coffee twice before engaging her services to talk through what we were looking for and of course to ensure we had a great vibe with each other - and we absolutely did.
